Great place to stay. Excellent hosts who were very great at making sure our stay was a 5 star experience. The properties are very clean, and have super convenient locations. I would certainly recommend a stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend! [The owners] were super quick to answer and get me a room in the Porch Swing house. Most of the food spots I went to were less then 5 minutes away and base was around 10 minutes away. Kitchen and living room area was kept nice and clean with all the cooking and resting area you need. Tv's all had Netflix, prime video, and Disney plus, which was a big bonus for me since I was in Altus for a little over a month. Overall great place to stay!

I had an awesome experience with Aviator Crash Pads! Brittany and Anders were wonderful! They were able to put me up in the Pool House for a few days while I was waiting to move into the Pear House. Both were clean, comfortable, safe, pet friendly homes and fenced in yards. I was very fortunate to find a family and pet friendly crashpad where I could bring my two dogs with me. They made my transition to a new home in a new city so easy. During the course of my stay (almost 6 months), they made sure I was stocked up on household supplies, had a house keeper come to clean the house and made sure the yard was always taken care of. I am grateful for such a wonderful and easy experience, and I'd absolutely stay with them again!

I stayed at the Pool House and the Porch Swing House with my cat and it was an awesome stay! The owners were very accommodating and helpful if we had any problems! Both properties were well kept and clean and about 10 minutes from base. Both had great amenities as well! I highly recommend Aviator Crash Pads for your Altus TDYs!

Great Experience, flexible and attentive hosts, and all necessities available. Proximity to base was excellent. Home was comfy and spacious. Dog parents will appreciate the large backyard. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

**Edit** f/my 2nd stay w/Aviator Crash Pads: Stayed in the porch swing house (summer of 2023). Lots of room for activities, grilling, and a nice storm shelter. The back patio has a covered and screened in area for fun summer evenings. The main living area is gorgeous, completely updated, open concept, recessed lighting, and modern kitchen appliances. Huge advantage was the reverse osmosis water spout near the kitchen sink. Made clean drinking water and saved a bunch of plastic. Rooms are setup with fire tv equipment and streaming accounts already setup. The primary bedroom has an ensuite, with the other two rooms sharing a bathroom. I shared the bathroom with a roommate and it was very nice.

Highly recommend staying here for any TDY to Altus AFB. [The owners] are always a phone call away to help you with anything you may need during your stay. They would periodically reach out to check up on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances/cooking stuff you will need throughout your stay. The house was clean and very well maintained. I will definitely be staying here again!

I contacted them two days before heading to Altus and they were very accommodating with my last minute rush! They were lovely to book with and had excellent communication. I stayed at “the pear house” which seemed to be newly renovated. Great location and the hosts lived close by so they were able to come by in a timely manner to assist with anything we needed. They also provided all the comfort items you need; TP, laundry detergent, etc. Would recommend!

Great option for your tdy to altus. Houses are very nice and have all updated appliances. The house I stayed in was newly renovated with a brand new kitchen. Their Cambridge house is right outside base making the commute super easy. The owners are awesome as well. Owners are especially good about responding quickly when you contact her. Perfect if you're looking to not have too many roommates so you can focus on your training.

The owners made a long(er than expected) stay at Altus an absolute breeze. The house is well-equipped with all the appliances and comforts of home. While it's an older house compared to some of the corporate crash pads, they are always on the ball with upkeep and maintenance, responding almost immediately to any minor issues or shopping needs compared to other crash pads that provide no services. You can also tell the difference between staying in a crash pad owned and managed by a local family versus a corporate crash pad or one with owners interstate - local owners like Aviator Crash Pads truly look after you. The pool is a great bonus, especially in summer, with weekly pool cleaning by the super-friendly pool guy. The lawns and yard are kept up regularly so you can just enjoy time by the pool, playing pool, or binging out on your favorite shows.

Highly recommend this crash pad for anyone headed to altus. I had a great stay there and really enjoyed grilling on the covered patio and going for a swim in the pool each day. They had all the amenities you could ask for and management would frequently shoot me a text asking if there was anything I needed and fill any request quickly. It's also in a super convenient location, close to the best food options Altus has to offer. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The hosts have done an amazing job creating a home away from home. As fun as it is to have access to a pool on blistering summer days, and cool it is to be able to beat all your friends at billiards because you have a table to practice on, the real score is the host. I was welcomed to the crash pad with homemade cookies, They have a garage full of tools that he offered to let me use, and once when I locked myself out of my room at 3 am on a Sunday, they drove all the way from his house just to let me in. Despite being rudely awoken he was cheerful and happy to help, and that is indicative of the care that he and his family provide. Care, I might add, that you may not receive at some of the larger more “corporate” crash pads (if there is such a thing). If you’re looking for home away from home, this is the place to stay!
