If there is space on base, can I still stay at Aviator Crash Pads?
Altus AFB currently requires an ETP (exception to policy) to stay off base (usually, a pet or spouse accompanying you). Luckily, all our rooms are pet friendly!
But, if the Red River Inn is full, you can get a non-A to stay off base (no pets or spouse required).
Does Aviator Crash Pads allow pets?
Yes, we are pet-friendly.
We just ask that you be upfront with us if your pet causes any damage and clean up after them in the backyard.
How does payment work?
To make it easy for our tenants, we charge on the 1st of each month and e-mail you monthly receipts. Your monthly rent covers everything with no out-of-pocket costs to you.

Our list of courtesy amenities is a mile long over on base lodging; starting with updated accommodations, pool & pool table (The Pool House), flat screen TVs and comfy couches in living room, personal flat screens in each bedroom, fully-stocked kitchens, complimentary streaming services, covered outdoor patio with propane grill, wireless printer, and two car garage including scheduled maids and lawn services for maintenance. Plus, Aviator Crash Pads is one of the only crash pads in Altus with a backyard pool. The Pear House and the Porch Swing House are great pet-friendly options with grassy, fenced yards. Our newest property, the Townhouse, has 2 master suites and seasonal access to a pool, also pet-friendly with 2 covered parking spots.
